This Airbnb was in a good location and not far from downtown. When I communicated with them, it was very simple and easy and they made me in my group of friends feel very welcomed. We had two sides with approximately 24 beds, and all the beds were clean and put together all the bathrooms were clean and put together and the kitchen was clean as well. The garages were a big plus! It had everything we needed. I recommend this spot to everyone, especially a bachelor or bachelorette party.

We had an amazing stay at these adjoining townhomes in Nashville. With a large group, there was plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. The location is great, just a short walk to Broadway, which saved us on Ubers. Everything was easy, from check-in to check-out, and the place itself had everything we needed. The pool table was fun, but the indoor basketball court in the garage was the real highlight. The shared rooftop is huge and has fantastic views. The townhomes are modern, clean, and very well kept, and the entire group kept saying how awesome the place was. Highly recommend for groups looking for space, convenience, and the perfect stay for their trip to Nashville!

We had a group of 16 men for a bachelor party and the space was more than enough to accommodate all of our needs. The location is in a nice quiet area that is a walkable distance from downtown Nashville, although we preferred riding the electric Bird scooters. Would stay here again.

The property is well worth it and is within walking distance of most of Nashville. The place is exactly as advertised. Tons of beds, cute rooftop, very walkable/safe neighborhood. The building is very lived in but comfortable. One of the beds was broken in the bedframe when we arrived but there were enough beds that we didn’t need that one. Honestly a perfect spot for a weekend with friends!

We stayed and worked here for 5 days for my 15 person team's offsite. Worked great for that - the first unit had a good space for all of us to congregate, while the set of townhomes together had enough bedrooms for each person to get their own room. Nice location near Centennial Park + Vandy's campus

Wild crown Properties were great! We rented the Boot and Blush air bnb and had PLENTY of room for all of our guest. They had shampoo and conditioner, soap, garbage bags, etc. They were only 10 minutes from Broadway. It was the smoothest check in and check out process. Highly recommend!

The house was great, easy check-in, great community and communication with the host. However I feel like the description was miss leading, said it was minutes to broadway but it was over an hour walk to downtown broadway and 15-25 minute drive. The location was very nice, a beautiful walking park minutes away from the house and the area was clean and quiet. This is a townhouse and seems to be huge area for large groups of people with an attached other townhouse. We did have a drunk person trying to get into our place at 6 am, however this was outside of the hosts control. Wouldn’t talk anyone out of it, just a FYI to keep doors locked

This house was perfect. We took a trip to celebrate our senior year of college. The house fit all of our guests with even more space than we needed. It was in a great neighborhood with such great neighbors - the house next to us was rented out by a group doing the same as us in Nashville and made for a fun weekend. It was a short 15 minute drive to Nashville and extremely short trip to the store. Our girls had fun getting ready together on the second floor and watching the sunrise on the balcony. MANY MANY MANY picture opportunities throughout the house as well as decor! The house was perfect and we will definitely be recommending to our friends.

We stayed here for a week as a group of 7 girls on holiday in Nashville and had a great experience overall. The property was spotless on arrival, and all the beds were very comfortable — perfect after long days exploring. The TV had Netflix and other streaming options, and all appliances worked perfectly. A few small touches could make it even better for larger groups: a bigger kitchen bin and clearer instructions on where to dispose of rubbish (as it can build up over a week’s stay), some complimentary tea, coffee, and basic cooking items like oil, more toilet roll and kitchen roll stocked, and perhaps laundry tablets for the washing machine. It would also be ideal if the toilet were separate from the shower to help with the morning rush. More towels for larger groups staying. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped base in a great location — we’d be happy to stay again.

We had a great time! The space held our group very well. The only feedback would be that the A/C was not working in our favor during a pretty cold weekend and the front door was pretty difficult to lock and unlock which the hosts assisted me with pretty quickly. The house itself was nice and the Ubers to and from broadway/midtown were not bad at all (maybe $20-$25).

Large space was great for our big group! Kitchen was very nice. Place needs some maintenance done. Some of the furniture and doors were wobbly. I actually found a screwdriver and tighten up all the door handles. Front door was difficult to lock, kinda loose. Some of the darts, skeeball table and a fan were all broken. Lights on rooftop did not work. Cushions scattered all over the roof. Owners were friendly and responsive to messages.

Great place for large groups in Nashville. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The place could use some touch-ups, especially with some of the games posted on the listing, but I would definitely stay here again. Daniel and crew were excellent hosts.

Overall - great location with great hosts who respond very quickly to questions or concerns. I do have to say the balcony is spacious,  but not as big as it looks in the photos. Also, If you’re visiting during the summer time - plug the fans in right away! It took a few hours to cool the house down. You can find a fan in each bedroom closet. The house is perfect for big groups

This place is in a good location. Not walking distance to Broadway, but it’s only a 10 minute drive. The place needs additional maintenance with light bulbs out in several locations, touch up paint on the walls, cushions for the couch, etc. The pictures make the place seem a lot nicer and cleaner than it is. However, we all enjoyed our stay and had a great time!

The house overall was okay, wasn’t as nice as the pictures, some broken stuff, and house was pretty dirty when we arrived. Poker set was dumped in the floor everywhere. We swept up a lot of dirt and dust off the main floor and had some leftover small trash in some of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Which it was a trip full of guys, it wasn’t the end of the world. For 2/3 of our trip, the main floor and bottom floor had no AC. Half of the bedrooms had no AC. When we reached out to the host, Kurt was responsive and came over quick and tried to fix it. He also brought some fans over once I asked for some. AC wasn’t fixed until our 3rd day, so we reached out asking about a partial refund since we had no ac for 2/3 of our trip. Kurt responded again quickly, but said he would have to reach out to Daniel. We never heard from Daniel and had to have Airbnb support help. Daniel refused the partial refund Airbnb suggested based off their policy, and offered less. Airbnb had to cover the rest.

I’m not one to write a bad review, but there were a lot of things wrong with this Airbnb. To start off, multiple cockroaches on the first floor. Missing one of the cornhole boards. The bathroom on the bottom floor doesn’t have a garbage in it. Some sheets/beds were stained. Lack of coffee mugs for a 12 person Airbnb. Almost all door handles were broken. Some basic maintenance and this would’ve been a great spot. Seems like they did the bare minimum.
